CNC Programmer/Operator
Work Site of Job: Rock County North
Public Transportation: Yes, access to Janesville City Bus System available depending on work schedule.
Pay: Based on experience
Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Minimum
Shift/Work Days: Second and Third Shift. First Shift training required.
Second Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm (or)
Third Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent Required
Professional Licenses/Certifications:No Licences or Certifications Requested.

Age: 18 or older Required
Experience/Qualifications:
Qualified canidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in programming and operating CNC equipment.
Ability to program and operate Mazak Mazatrol Lathes and Fanuc controls on Fadal milling machines using Gibbs Solid Surfacer for programming. Ability to read all types of measuring equipment including micrometers and hold tolerances to within +/- .0001. Must be able to pass physical drug screening.
Pre-employment drug screening required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Make new tooling from released prints and modify existing parts based on sketches.
Work as a support team employee to keep production running.
Be willing to be used on different equipment daily as tooling needs arise.
First Shift training required for up to 6 months.

Precision Polisher

Experience: Experience in manufacturing background preferred. Polishing experience is a plus. Qualifications: Position requires ability to read micrometers and work to close tolerences. Must have excellent hand/eye coordination to maintain precision details. Must be able to pass physical drug screening. Pre-employment drug screening required.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Initial training for the Precision Polisher will involve learning polishing techniques. Polishing consists of bringing ground dies to a #4 micro-finish and hold a .0003 tolerance. In the future, the position will grow to learning other tool room equipment.
